Try niyo po 'wag gumamit ng phone 1hr before your scheduled sleep. Iba iba din talaga sleeping patterns ng tao, you have to find what works for you

Kahit hindi naman ako stress ayaw mag pahinga ng utak ko, hindi rin nakakatulong yung magbilang ng tupa , naka 1000 nako hindi prin tulog
