Ako lang ba or sainyo din na kahit anong pilit nyong matulog, hndi talaga gumagana? Kahit pagod na pagod na katawan mo pero buhay na buhay yung utak mo. Nakakastress lang pilitin na matulog hanggang kainumagahan na
siguro kailangan talaga ng tulog at pagod from both utak tsaka katawan, kelangan mo ng activity siguro na mapapagod mo ung dalawang un para wala kana rin gawin kundi matulog hahaha

ako hirap na dahil sa mga karamdaman. :) pero nung ganyan ako, mental state lang nang stress. palagi ko lang sinusubukan magcompartmentalize nang stress, wala dapat nasa isip at ndi mabigat ang puso bago matulog.
