Ako lang ba or sainyo din na kahit anong pilit nyong matulog, hndi talaga gumagana? Kahit pagod na pagod na katawan mo pero buhay na buhay yung utak mo. Nakakastress lang pilitin na matulog hanggang kainumagahan na

Ohhh. Kaya pala!
Kelangan mo din iobserve pag inom mo ng kape or any caffiene products. Matagal imetabolize ng katawan mo ang caffiene after 2pm subukan mo na itigil mag ingest ng caffiene.

There could be numerous factors kung bakit hindi tayo makatulog nang maayos. Possible reason is yung everyday stress. Pero I suggest seeking a professional kung tuloy-tuloy yung hindi pagkamaayos ng tulog natin
