Hahaha ganyan din ako lalo na nung nagplateau na ako as in nawalan ako ng gana pero recently bumalik ako kasi broken hahahha and i see the result agad after a month.

Siguro stop beating yourself on the past bro. Parang ang hirap kasi magsimula lalo na kapag wala kang progress at nakikita mo na parang walang sense ang pag wworkout at proper diet. Pero meron bro, need mo lang ng consistency at eventually pag naging habit na yan sayo madali nalang yan. :)

Use dynamics rin, sa umpisa hinay hinay lang at saka ka mag progress. Set realistic plans rin, hindi yung tipong first day mo palang ulit eh intense workout at diet agad. Mahirap yan bro kasi pag naputol momentum mo mawawalan ka talaga ng gana. Hinay hinay lang bro sa umpisa buo ka muna ng habit.

hmm. i would suggest maganda meron accountability. yung meron ka kasama tuwing workout. maganda kase meron ka buddy. nakaka motivate din.

Hirap talaga icontinue yung pag fast at workout, pero ang pinakamahirap ang pagstart ulit. Any tips on how to avoid this?
dahan dahan lang kung ano lang ang kaya sa isang araw para hindi tamarin sa susunod na araw
