2023 is around the corner. if you havent figured it out yet, start small and just be consistent. the reason you're stopping is because you're body doesnt like what you're doing. make it a habit, preferably in the morning.

Set achievable goals, track them, and keep progressing with gains. Flirt with hot women and use those experiences as motivation.

Struggle talaga mag balik loob. First year(2020) of pandemic I was able to consistently work out everyday on weekdays. Then nag Christmas holidays, so na hiatus muna. Di ko na nabalik yung routine. Tntry ko ngayon kahit consistent 10min abs everyday lang. Sana mag improve from there and mabalik ang dating sipag

mahirap talaga sir kahit ako natitigil paminsan eh. pero siguro pre-workout makakatulong kung talagang hindi mo mapilit ang sarili mo
