Hirap talaga icontinue yung pag fast at workout, pero ang pinakamahirap ang pagstart ulit. Any tips on how to avoid this?
Focus lang sa goal. Pano mo nakikita sarili mo pag tinuloy mo? Focus lang dun. Visualization helps. Pag tinatamad ka, alalahanin mo yung vision na yun. Dadating at dadating tayo sa mga panahon ma nakakatamad, pero during those times, wag ka na masyado magisip, gawin mo na lang! Gaganahan ka lalo pag ginagawa mo na.Keep grinding at good luck lods!

hello po. question lang po. pano po after every workout sobrang sore ng katawan to the point na di na magalaw? ano pong dapat gawin sa ganun? dahil po kasi dito kaya patigil tigil

Bumili ka ng scale and weigh yourself every morning bago kumain habang nasa diet/workout period ka. Pataas-baba talaga iyan pero mapapansin na over time bababa talaga iyan as long as consistent ka kahit di mo ramdam.
