Hirap talaga icontinue yung pag fast at workout, pero ang pinakamahirap ang pagstart ulit. Any tips on how to avoid this?
Either magfast ka lang or magworkout ka lang (w proper calorie counting)
Wag mo pagsabayin kasi makakaramdam ka ng gutom if nagwworkout ka habang super calorie deficit.
Try One Meal A Day lang and sa isang specific hour of the day ka kumain (7pm yung sa pinsan ko and effective, from 95kg to 70 na ngayon)
