Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.
Kung tintatamad ka, ipush mo parin and make it a habit. Negative ako sa gym buddy kasi once nagstop gym buds mo, there's a tendency na magstop ka rin. Make it a habit lang tlga, pero I dunno kasi usually alone ako magbuhat and I am desperately in need of a spotter.

Gumawa ka ng plans, nagsimula ako mag journal ng mga goals ko tapos umayos yung sistema ng buhay ko. Lagi akong may sinusunod na ginagawa kaya nabawas bawasan yungproscrastination.

Start ka sa simula na kung ano desisyon mo gawin mo na agad the best way yun para sakin ang mabuild mo ung mag act agad

Ang pinaka advice ko siguro kahit tinatamad ka, do something light or onti lang para may progress ka kahit papaano. And once na build mo na yun tuloy tuloy na yan pero ang pinaka mahirap bawasan is yung pagkain talaga hahaha

Set goals and deadlines for each of them if you fail to do so then discipline your self by having consequences if you fail to meet the deadline. Such as no gaming for 2days or somewhat similar to that.

Taking ore workout helps. Pag nainim mo na wala ka na choice but to work out.
