Kung tintatamad ka, ipush mo parin and make it a habit. Negative ako sa gym buddy kasi once nagstop gym buds mo, there's a tendency na magstop ka rin. Make it a habit lang tlga, pero I dunno kasi usually alone ako magbuhat and I am desperately in need of a spotter.Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.
