start slow then be consistent lang. then increase it gradually

Get a friend to push you and everytime you feel lazy just slowly start preparing and headout towards the gym or whatever activity you are about to do

Just. Do. It. I know, procrastination nga eh, pero i have this 10 second rule na mag countdown ako from 10 to 1, kahit medjo mabagal ang interval. Tapos pag dating ko ng 1, pipilitin kong tumayo at gawin kung ano man ang dapat kong gawin kahit hindi ko pa gusto, para lang makapag start.

Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.
search mo sa youtube about dopamine detox. after doing that you, will feel that it is much easier to do anything.
