read the book called "atomic habits" and to take away the things in your life that can stop your procrastination. e.g., if you're gonna study and watching netflix is what makes you procrastinate, then take or move away from the devices that you use in order to watch netflix. basically stepping away from the first step that leads to procrastination
Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.

for me it's all about starting early. try mo gumising ng maaga and dedicate at least 1 hour sa task mo right after magising ka. mag ssnowball un at mag wowork ka na buong araw. pag nasimulan mo ng pa scroll scroll sa phone ganun din tuloy tuloy na ang procrastination the whole day

Setting reasonable goals and planning your time accordingly para wala kang excuse na “Ah, may Kailangan pa akong gawin”

Do activities that you actually like, but consider this: majority of weight loss is not via exercise, but rather- less food intake.

5 min rule: set a smaller goal and say you work on it for just 5 minutes. You'll do more for sure
