read the book called "atomic habits" and to take away the things in your life that can stop your procrastination. e.g., if you're gonna study and watching netflix is what makes you procrastinate, then take or move away from the devices that you use in order to watch netflix. basically stepping away from the first step that leads to procrastination
Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.
