just instill in your mind that its gonna be a long process. you must stay committed, do the basics well and just show up in the gym. dont beat yourself up when you have days where you dont workout or overeat, these things will happen and its just part of the process. keep a positive mindset and be in it for the long haul, enjoy the process!

Pursige lang idol, dapat kino-consider mo ang calorie intake mo per day at kahit papano kada araw nakakapag exercise, i suggest mag download ng app na makakamonitor sa calorie intake mo kagaya ng "MyFitnessPal".

stop drinking sodas, and juices, once a week is fine.
only eat an appropriate amount of carbohydrates, and also workout but don't forget to take rest days too, and what I mean by rest days is don't lift anything but u should still do cardio

calorie deficit and exercise, kahit hindi ka maglift ng weights, bodyweight will do
