honestly a lot of it has gotta do with the 'why'. why do you wanna lose weight. one the why is strong the how will be very easy

Choose a healty diet. Eat less but more often. Breakfast of grains and fruits, small healthy snack mid morning, vegetable focused lunch, small healthy mid afternoon snack, small dinner. drink a lot of water to avoid hunger. Exercise regularly. And realize this is a lifestyle change, its' not a diet. And when you have a week where you did well, choose two meals on the weekend to eat your favorite dishes as a reward. Just don't overdo it
