1. Start with your diet, under the radar palagi ang food addiction, tulad ng ibang addictions, imo, unhealthy ang pag cut off bigla sa pagiindulge, high risk ka na mag crave lang ulit.
2. Hanap ka ng sport/form of exercise na naeenjoy mo, much better if passionate ka para ibigay mo 100% mo palagi

Calorie deficit, consistency, discipline, and cheat days are very very important. Its all mental work from what I've experienced.
