Any advise po para sa na sa mid 40s age na at may hypertension? Buti na lang wala ako diabetes. Pahingi po tips ng gradual exercises sana na pwede gawin sa bahay lang. Wala ako budget pang gym. Any positive advise din para mental health para dito. Thanks
Workout in the gym or at home 4x a day, do dynamic stretching before workout out and static stretching for the post workout. Also avoid eating processed foods like hotdogs, nuggets, canned goods. and eat whole foods more, basically foods that actually contain nutrition
