Anything and everything about fasting!

Gusto ko lang iopen and thread na ito sa mga nag ppractice ng fasting, be it by water, intermittent or no food at all.

I’m currently doing 17:7, meaning kumakain lang ako from 6am to 1pm, then beyond 1pm, dina ako kakain up until 5:59am kinabukasan. Reason bket ako ng ffasting? I’m a Christian and one of our goals sa church is to at least fast once a year. And if we have personal dealings kay Lord, we approach through prayer and fasting.

My personal experience? Mas naging klaro mindset ko, never been better! and at the same time, it helps me focused sa mga tasks ko at work. Bonus na lang cguro na bababa timbang as you go with fasting. Laban nga lang talaga kapag tawag na ng laman (kapag gutom! )

Sinubukan ko nung nasa med school pa ako. Okay naman, less ang crash ko, tapos nakaka improve ng focus, although not sure kung placebo lang to. I also read na nakakaboost din ng immune system ang fasting, di ko nga lang maalala if ilang hours ba yung minimum para maaachieve yung benefit na yun.

I see. Will go on fasting next week since it has been a long while. Will go intermittent lang muna since ng All out hardcore fast ako for a month nung February nung gnawako ko ting thread na ito

solid to. nalaman ko tong IF kasi mga tropa ko nag workout KINOBODY tawag.
ayan gamit nila. dito ko pumayat eh from 80kg - 70kg. dami ko tinuruan kasi hirap sila. hehee

now tumaba let. nag start na ulet ako kasi effective talaga eh. mas ok to pag nag wowork ka sa opis.
lalo sa mga 16:8 kasi may oras kalang eh. di tulad nung wfh ka. easy subo ka agad kasi. hhahaha

mas naging effective for me na kumain 2pm to 7pm kasi medyo normal lang na lunch/dinner hours para hindi maweirduhan ibang kasama lalo na pag mga ka-work. normal lang din naman para sa iba na hindi nagbbreakfast
