Anyone have experience doing intermittent fasting? how was the experience?

Gumana naman siya para sa akin pero mahirap lang magcontrol kapag may regular mga kasabay kumain kasi magmumukhang KJ

It will work basta nagttrack ka ng calories mo. Kahit magintermittent fasting ka pa kung lalagpas ka sa daily calorie allowance mo di ka pa din maglolose. Strategy lang sya para macontrol calorie intake mo throughout the day

It helps, kasi you limit your meals to two which technically will help you eat less kasi di mo naman kaya kumain ng marami in 2 sittings vs 3

It does until it doesn't kasi hindi siya sustainable for me, but then again iba iba ang mga tao.

Generally gumagana siya, pero kapag hindi calorie deficit, di rin effective
