It works for me, altho di ko sinadya haha. Busy kasi sa buhay kaya napilitan mag fasting at shempre nagtitipid rin, its good na water water lang muna habang fasting. Pinaiikli rin nya ung window mo para kumain since kung 24 hrs meron ang isang araw, 6-8 hrs dun is rest/sleep mo, and some hours para sa work/study/hobbies mo... Then yung remaining time should be dedicated to cooking and eating. Imo, having less time to eat is good if you want to cut down sa meals mo. Altho, check mo parin ung katawan mo kung kaya nya ung strain ng fasting.
