Yes po. Pero yung calorie intake mo dapat is yung recommended in a day. For example 2kcal sa age/weight mo then dapat hindi lalagpas. Pwede din increase depende sa physical activity mo.

it works for me but I stopped it because its very restrictive katagalan di mo na masusunod babalik ka rin sa bad habits mo... so what I did is balanced diet lang rice parin pero 1 cup per meal, fiber, and protein..

if u tend to overeat and what to control thaf, then maybe it can work for u. but if u want to lose weight, it wont matter how long u fast if u eat past ur maintenance so calorie deficit will always be the key

Sure, works fine. Depende din sa oras mo at need mo pa din sabayan ng exercise. Discipline lang din talaga.
