tips for calisthenics?

I started going to the gym last april but i stopped at june. now im doing home workout but i want to do calisthenics only, i can do pullups already but my body seems to look small (above average type of small). any tips to build my muscles faster without the use of supplements?

what you eat is the most important, eat plenty of protein. go check your protein intake for a day, just google it.

It all comes down to consistency + nutrition, go lang, if working out feels like a breeze then start implementing harder variations, but honestly at some point your muscle building will plateau, kapag nang yare yon try looking into doing weightlifting, it's honestly a lifesaver if you're focusing on aesthetics

It all comes down to consistency + nutrition, go lang, if working out feels like a breeze then start implementing harder variations, but honestly at some point your muscle building will plateau, kapag nang yare yon try looking into doing weightlifting, it's honestly a lifesaver if you're focusing on aesthetics
tama si @SiJakolzking, and you're already better than most people who don't workout. Get a regime na alam mong kaya mo maging consistent for a long time up to the point na hindi ka na magdedecide kung magwoworkout ka ba today or not, it will become as a daily activity that you got used to doing and mararamdaman mo yung feeling na parang anghina hina mo kasi di ka nagexercise this week and mangagati kana.
At least ganun ang ginawa kong mental approach, since meron yung stereotype na, new year's resolution mag gym and then stop 2 months later or even less. you can buy those gymnast rings since may pullup bars kanang sasabitan and dip bars.

all the work out and diet the key word is "consistency" like he said.

I’m folllwing this, but still can’t manage to do a single push-up lol

ooh if that's the case, baka pwede din I try yung easier variations, like yung tuhod yung nakatouch sa ground, or inclined push ups na naka elevate yung upper body mo sa table or chair (make sure its sturdy and wont move), yung makakapag 3 sets ka ng around 12 reps. Much better yung variation kung saan hirap ka parin macomplete yung reps kasi talagang di mo na kaya like 1st set, 12 repetitions, tapos sa sunod 10 nalang then sunod 6-8 repitions nalang tapos sobrang pilit na haha. keep doing that until kayanin ang complete 12 reps per set, since at that point you know have made progress. That is what has worked for me, but in the end we still all have different bodies and genetics so you may take all of my tips suggestively and not follow it word for word.
