may as well do bodyweight exercises and cardio at home. plenty of good options on youtube to get you started.

12x4 or 6x5 depending on your goals. Good also if u add deadlift, squats and bench press

Gym at least 3 in a week then also play you favourite sport once a week. Diet also is very handy
