Fast paced walking is a nice form of cardio. For me though you can't beat press ups and situps. Do them daily and you'll become ripped in no time hehe

I recommend to learn compound exercise which are squats, bench and deadlift. May mga variations naman yan either barbell or dumbbell. It targets many muscle

Calisthenics is the way to go. Basic push ups/squats/rows/pull ups. Pwede mag modify ng exercises para ma-accommodate yung exercises. The goal is to get out of the bed/couch and to move around

Madami body weight exercises na available na sa youtube. Or start with walking. Or kung gusto mo goal based, try mo ung couch to 5k na approach.
