Calorie deficit + protein intake + Weightlifting + 10k steps, and your good to go. If you're doing it right, you should be only losing a maximum of 1kg per week. Kapag nag plateau yung weight then add 100-200 calories to your meal until you start losing weight again, then pwede mo na ibawas.

IF + working out is a good plan. But walking that much steps is good too. As long as na may physical activities talaga nakakatulong sya.

Calorie deficit. Surefire way. Lost weight from 180 to 135. And from 180 again to 145. Very easy with discipline.
