Ano ang 15k steps kung kain ka pa rin naman nang kain. Download ka MyFitnessPal na app. Check mo daily calories mo tapos subtract ka ng 500 doon. Track mo calories mo gamit doon. Walang easy way for weight loss, you gotta do the work talaga

Calorie Deficit talaga is key for weight loss, if you're still eating more calories than you're burning, you won't lose weight
