He was asking for weightloss not muscle gain, you will lose weight even if you eat fastfood as long as you are in a caloric deficit. I do not disagree with "you are what you eat" or that the quality of what you eat is far more better than how much you are eating.Always remember that, kitchen is where we lose weight. The gym is where we gain muscle.
