You can apply the concept of calories in and calories out, which means less food more activity, but then again you need energy to function. Water fasting maybe okay, pero you still need carbohydrates.

Para naman di ka magsawa sa diet mo, make it diverse and scheduled. Mahirap talaga magpapayat, it is more mental than physical talaga because what you need is consistency. Always keep yourself hydrated.

Naka depende yan sa kinakain mo. Kahit mag 100k steps ka pa pero puro ka naman fastfood, you will not lose weight talaga

He was asking for weightloss not muscle gain, you will lose weight even if you eat fastfood as long as you are in a caloric deficit. I do not disagree with "you are what you eat" or that the quality of what you eat is far more better than how much you are eating.

There is still merit for calories in and calories out concept, you can search about the twinkie diet where a professor experimented on the hypotheses of eating less and moving more.

I'm not disagreeing with you here, just explaining.

Even 10k steps is enough because it will matter in the calories that you will eat per day.
