Para sa akin hindi kailangan mag gym. Maraming workout na pwede gawin sa bahay lamang :)

Go to gym if want mo magbuild up ng muscles, cardiovascular activity and calorie deficit will do. If may body goal ka, better take the gym. or lose some weight lang you can do things at home na. Just watch what you eat
