i am fat my whole life and it sucks. nag yoyoyo lang yung weight ko (papayat tapos tataba) i need something consistent
try small changes in your habits rather than extreme ways na hindi mo kaya isustain. Slow and steady. Mas gradual pero better sa long run

Eat less man made carbs. Eat more protein and fibres. Carbs that are naturally made like potatoes and broccoli are fine.

Suggest ko sayo weightlifting para sakin mas mabilis siya makatunaw ng taba sa katawan kaysa jogging2x lang tapos magkakabuild muscle ka pa. Wag ka sa diet2x na hindi na talaga kakain or nagsskip ng kumain walang kwenta yan mas lalo ka lang lalakas kumain pag nagutom ka. Youtube lang ako naghahanap ng guides for beginners try mo.
