diet talaga and sa food ang key! rn on-going ako sa pag papapayat. try to use calorie deficit since helpful talaga siya. Also cut sugars!!

i am fat my whole life and it sucks. nag yoyoyo lang yung weight ko (papayat tapos tataba) i need something consistent
calorie deficit pa unti2. Pati ease in yourself sa easier exercise muna, til maging habit mo na. Push lang paunti2, kaya yan!

Simulan muna sa pagkakaroon ng goal, isipin mo muna Kung ano gusto mong mangyare or result and then have the consistency to start and improve.
