Always remember, exercise and diet are always a tandem. Hindi pwedeng exercise or diet lang. At pinaka importante, maintaining it once na nareach mo na desired weight mo. Mas mahirap mag-maintain kesa mag-lose.

Sabi nga ng iba dito, consistency is key. Kapag tinatamad ka, sabihin mo lang sa sarili mo "bukas na ako tatamarin".
Also, wag na wag mong i-cocompare ang progress mo sa ibang tao. You have your own pace. Slow progress is still progress.
Madaming workout programs and meal plans online na pwede mong subukan. Kailangan lang ung babagay syo.
