i am fat my whole life and it sucks. nag yoyoyo lang yung weight ko (papayat tapos tataba) i need something consistent

try mo mag build ng muscles/ mag gym ka. tas do cardios n nag eenjoy k din try mo cycling. at syempre ung calorie intake. dapat mas mababa sa kesa sa na be burn mo.

Try gym/weights bro. Consistency is key. Don't be afraid to spend on a trainer kahit sa start lang to learn from them.

yes consistency is key talaga mostly kc ng nag fe fail is na dedemotivate sila if wala sila agad makitang improvement in short time. stress is one factor din na kakabago ng metabolism ntin.

Maibahagi ko lang ang aking karanasan. Mataba ako noon at akala ko, basta mag-gym, papayat na pero hindi pala.

Always remember, exercise and diet are always a tandem. Hindi pwedeng exercise or diet lang. At pinaka importante, maintaining it once na nareach mo na desired weight mo. Mas mahirap mag-maintain kesa mag-lose.

"It takes 1 month of doing something continuously to make it a habit"

Sabi nga ng iba dito, consistency is key. Kapag tinatamad ka, sabihin mo lang sa sarili mo "bukas na ako tatamarin".
Also, wag na wag mong i-cocompare ang progress mo sa ibang tao. You have your own pace. Slow progress is still progress.

Madaming workout programs and meal plans online na pwede mong subukan. Kailangan lang ung babagay syo.

Gym is the best effective way to loss weight but if you dont afford it . You should first condition your mind and prepare your body for self decipline training at home . There are applications that provides exercise at home you should check on that.
