Guys pahingi naman ng tips kung paano pumayat ng mabilis, sample diet or mga foods na low calories, pumayat na ko dati ng ilang beses pero as sign of aging ata hirap na ko mag lose ng weight ngayon, salamat sa mga mag rereply :)

Advice ko sayo. Try different kinds of fasting like have a test or data. Fasting or diet is not a one size fits all. Consult a doctor or a nutritionist din kc mgddpende p din yan s lifestyle mo. Know your body first like ur BMI, kaya mo b magexercise, etc. Grit at motivation kasi pg 30+ na hirap n tlga mgpapayat. haha

calories in calories out lang, make sure na yung calories na kinakain mo mas mababa sa calories na ginagamit mo araw araw. kahit walang work out papayat ka
