Guys pahingi naman ng tips kung paano pumayat ng mabilis, sample diet or mga foods na low calories, pumayat na ko dati ng ilang beses pero as sign of aging ata hirap na ko mag lose ng weight ngayon, salamat sa mga mag rereply :)
Following these because I've been trying to lose some weight na. A year ago bumaba timbang ko. then nagpacheck up taas cholesterol HAHAHA

Mainly junk food and soft drinks. First step palang un. Mas rely on exercising as opposed to diets (tho maganda rin ang diet). Consistent exercise mas maganda

tama na slow and steady lang dapat sa paglose ng weight, delikado kapag masyadong mabilis, unhealthy siya for you. aside sa diet kailangan din ng light workout para maging effective

Track your calories (and macros)... Dapat sustainable yung diet plan mo, meaning dapat maeenjoy mo ito. Otherwise, posibleng bumalik ka lang sa usual diet mo at mawalan ng gana sa fitness journey mo. Good luck!
