Exercise, gardening, video games. Tried going back to Tamiya as a hobby. It really helped me clear my mind. Lalo gumanda performance ko sa work and mindset ko everyday.

Paano nga po ba pahalagahan ang ating mental health? Napakahirap kasi habang quarantine hindi masyado nakakalabas at nawala na ang dating mga hobbies.
Read books and engage communication online if possible, through gaming or online platforms

4. Find someone you can talk to, deeper talks.

Exercise is huge for mental health. An easy jog gives you endorphins and can make you feel much better. Even a brisk walk outside can help a lot.
