Is there an exercise to strength my core? I want to lift from 2 kilos conveniently to 100 kilos.

Squats. Search mo 5x5 workout. May focus yun sa 5 compound movements and gaining strength. Beginner friendly din siya

i think its a bit of an extreme thing. honestly it takes slow and steady exercises over a long period of time.

my core routine is very basic with the usual planks, russian twists, etc. but its very consistent (x3 a week). dont rush and always be hydrated

As for strength, iba-iba definition ng "core strength" eh. Regardless, I'd advise doing isometric before isotonic exercises (e.g. 1-minute plank, then 20x of russian twists). I'd advise you do your own research. Just gonna say that too much of one exercise is detrimental for your overall health, so mag-ingat palagi.
