Is there an exercise to strength my core? I want to lift from 2 kilos conveniently to 100 kilos.

Leg Raises at tsaka Curl ups. Sobrang simple pero ang hirap gawin. For deep core exercise, walang tatalo sa simpleng plank. Kung gusto mo mag lift like sa deadlifts, strengthen mo din yun hip flexors mo at tsaka lower back para avoid injury.

Try incorporating core exercises that involve resistance or weight, rather than just doing bodyweight exercises (ex: regular sit ups without any added weight) - this will help build muscle faster!
