Is there an exercise to strength my core? I want to lift from 2 kilos conveniently to 100 kilos.

try Planks, this engages your multiple muscle groups in your core, including your rectus abdominis, obliques, and lower back.

Squats and deadlifts are great exercises to build core strength! Add in some weighted planks too
