Do anything instantly. Then mark what progress is made in that short time. It's hard to commit when no results show up, even a new weight limit or rep is something.

I just want to put this out there, if kayang makapag-consult sa therapist go for it. Kasi baka naman may ADHD ka for example so it’s not really procrastinating but just lack of the important chemicals in your brain

set yourself short and longer term goals then give appropriate rewards when you reach. give bigger reward for tougher goals.
