when you wake up, dont open social media and all that useless shit... go straight to work! save that social media shit for the end of the day!

You are what you eat. Anong use ng workouts kung hindi ka naman kumakain ng maayos. Find mo ung suitable workout plan sayo iba iba kasi genes natin kaya wag ka gumaya sa iba unless alam mo ginagawa mo. Tanong tanong ka nalang sa local gyms mo kung ano ung tama sayo
