Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.
Find an activity you truly like. Madali ka mawawalan ng gana kung napipilitan ka lang gawin ang ginagawa mo for the sake of weight loss. Keep in mind na madami kang pwedeng gawin na activities i.e gym, running, cycling, sports etc etc. Kung makakasali ka sa isang club goods din yun. Just to add din na if your sole objective is just to lose weight, diet lang sa food intake marami na magagawa. Good luck sir!
