IMO, Calorie Deficit lang keep track of what you eat. that doesnt mean rin na you should restrict yourself sa food. Also ako kasi nag focus lang on cardio pero i think maganda rin to lift light weights.
Simple calorie in < calorie out. Tracking what you eat is the only way. even if you exercise when you see the amount of calorie burnt there you prefer just to not eat it
