Went thru a a bad breakup at the same time got laid off work. The gym was there for me to forget all about the bad things and in time it gets bettter and u find a new lady

regardless of what happens, you gotta remember to eat good food and get good sleep! that fast food shit will kill you both mentally and physically!

Consult a psychologist, I would say. From my exp, nagreading ako sa mga story, ginawa kong valid nararandaman ko by listening to sad music.

Got this tip from one of my friends who had an enlightenment after a suicide attempt.

Sabi nya kaysa sayangin nya raw yung buhay nya mas maganda siguro kung iaalay nya na lang sa pagtulong sa iba. He's one of the most sincere and nicest person that I know. He redirected his energy to help others so what happened to him won't happen to them. We need more like him to be honest.
