For those who have been depressed and thought of ending it all, what did you do to rise from it? What advise can you give?

My career was going great. Work and life was good. Then covid hits. I lost my job but was paid. I was still okay at this point. Even told my parents that I would rest and study before going back to work. Even asked my father to quit his work because I know that he will be very exposed to a lot of people which raise the risk of getting infected. It was still the early days of covid in PH and most of the people still don't know much about it. No vaccines yet. Then, it happened. He got sick, we all got it. Then within a few weeks, we lost him. All you can do that time was to bring him to a hospital where they allowed no one to see him. I never felt that useless in my life at that point. I feel like I am already dead now. Most days I am disappointed that I still woke up.

Please seek professional help. There is no shame in going to psychiatrists

Hi. Honestly have no idea, i guess the thought that you just have to keep going helps. Please do seek professional help as well, even your school counselors are actually of great help

Its easy to say to seek professional help but as you know not all talaga na may suicidal thoughts ginagawa yan kalimitan kinikimkim lang. If your not happy, if your depressed I can only advice na labanan mo do whatever you want na makakatanggal sa utak mo yung mga masasamang bagay..exercise is actually a good thing to do when youre lonely it can clear your mind somehow.

Not much. Found distractions and small things that made me happy. Took more control in life, eliminated things I didn't want. Basically, simplified everything. Not saying that that's the right or healthy thing to do. It's just what I did that seemed to work for me.

Actually, it won't seem like it at first, but time really makes a difference. I can't explain how or why. But give it time. Give it a loooot of time.

Pnanood ko sa.hubberman podcast na ang laki pa lang factor ng sunlight sa mood at physical health natin.. hmm at pa check mo dn ung hormones mo sa katawan kasi maski lalaki o babae ka pag meron kang imbalance sa hormone, magbabago tlga mood mo

Kung lalaki ka naman, i suggest mag tongkag ali ka together with workouts ha
