Count calories, intermittent fasting. Eating well and less is the easiest way to lose weight. You don't burn that many calories doing exercises and sometimes tend to eat more after doing heavy exercises... Try to not eat less than 10% calories per day

theres really no easy, calorie deficit lang and exercise. If talagang gusto mo pumayat as much as possible in 1-3 months, then barely eat anything. But i strongly dont recommend it. Cause it's not done in a healthy manner and you will also lose your muscle.

Walk lang 5k-10k steps a day
kahit anong aciitivity, basta may physical activity and balanced diet. You wiill lose weight. consistency lang (i know nakakaumay na marinig)
