Yes po. Pero yung calorie intake mo dapat is yung recommended in a day. For example 2kcal sa age/weight mo then dapat hindi lalagpas. Pwede din increase depende sa physical activity mo.
It works. But I think you still need to maintain a daily calorie deficit for it to be really effective. Also working out during your fasted state (approx 12 hours after your last meal) gives good results. Good luck comrades.
