Uneducated ones for sure, yes alam naman natin na entitled ang bawat mamamayan ng pilipinas sa karapatan niyang bumoto pero kung ang tao mismo di marunong tumingin sa kakayanan ng kaniyang ihahalal anong pang saysay, magiging puppet lang siya ng pinaka sikat na tatakbo sa halalan dahil hindi nila isinusuri ang mga tao na siyang kanilang boboto.
