di ko alam kung may sagot na ba to pero may padagdag na tanong ako. nakakabawas ba ng nutritional content yung pag prepare ng eggs? if boiled, fried, scrambled ganun.

I'd recommend 2 eggs, maybe a slice of bread or two. But if you're bulking, go with 3 and bread.

I'd say boiled is healthier cuz with frying and scrambled you're adding frying oil to that whereas boiling is just egg

Yes but I think you should be careful with the yolks, they contain a lot of cholesterol (do your research though).

Pag wala ka issue sa genetics mo like hyperlipidemia or anything similar i think you are okay. 18 grams of protein lng un, haluan or dagdagan mo pa ng ibang sources or complex carb at protein

I think yung recommended per person is 2 lang ata.
