Not sure sa cancer pero mataas sodium content ng instant noodles, kaya ingat sa kidneys, pero i think balanced food choices makakatulong, like koreans and japanese mahilig sa instant noodles pero madalas isinasabay nila pagkain with side dishes na vegetables or meat, fish.
