It's not enough for voters to be educated but that's the bare minimum, and we can't even do that. Literally just watched the son of the ONLY dictator in this country get voted into the highest office. Just amazing.

No. We Filipinos are a biased voter. We tend to vote for those that are charming and appealing. Look at Estrada and all other actors we place as politicians.
