If you dive deeper into how Filipinos vote, they seem to cling on partisan politics so quickly without deeper thinking. They get easily embroiled on topics of "who's better?" and immediately creates a preconception that if you're not part of "this" group, you're part of "that" group.
I know people who are so articulate yet could not acknowledge misgivings of their candidates [last election].
TLDR; everyone is an apologist for their own biases--no critical thinking.
