in general naka segment ang muscle groups natin which can be almost worked by push(chest, triceps) pull(back, biceps)and leg(quads, calves) workout.

It depends on what your goal is. I personally try yo incorporate compound lifts such as bench press, squats, and deadlifts in my split. Then i incorporate accesory exercises in the similar muscle groups. However if you just started lifting then focus on learning proper form then you can move on to free weights, specific workout splits, etc.

I would recommend weights and cardio. I personally do basic bicep curls, squats, and shoulder presses with dumbells at home. I also walk/jog in the morning. Maganda rin kung makakahanap ka ng sport na gusto mo (basketball or swimming, for example)

simple walking is form of exercise. make it a daily routine
