Ako rin, sa inuman talaga 'di ko naiiwasan mag yosi
Trying to quit. It's been tough but i've managed to replace smoking with vaping, then reduced vaping to twice a day on freebase juice with 3mg nicQuitting smoking is hard, good thing vaping helped me to quit. It took me a while to get out of smoking, but eventually got rid of it.
Nicotine is not bad in small doses. Ayon sa aking pagsasaliksik at mismong karanasan, tar talaga ang masama sa yosi.
When I stopped smoking. Iba yung withdrawal. Inubo talaga ako tapos lumalabas ung sobrang dami na plema.
